Swimming Facilities

The program provides a variety of recreational programs for people of all ages. Facilities include a gym, a 25 yard, 6 lane, indoor heated pool, exercise/weight rooms, a jogging track, handball and racquetball courts which are available by reservation, and men's and women's steam and sauna rooms. Classes include gymnastics, yoga, aerobics, Jujitsu, swimming, dance, and parent-child swim and gym for children ages six months to five years. The agency operates parent-child Y Guides and Princesses programs, teen sports programs, and a leadership development program for high school age youth. There are no geographic restrictions.

The program operates resident and family camps; and family wellness activities scheduled throughout the year. Babysitting is available for members while people participate in activities.
