Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
Provider: CITY OF COMMERCE SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER
The program provides transportation for adults 50 years and older and individuals with disabilities of any age who live in the City of Commerce. Services are restricted to City of Commerce residents.
Medi-Ride offers transportation to medical appointments; priority is given to people who have special needs because of physical/economic disabilities. Medi-Ride services are restricted to within a 12-mile radius of Commerce City Hall and are shared-ride trips.

Application Procedure
Call or walk in for information or to apply for service. Proof of residence is required; persons under the age of 50 with disabilities must have a proof of disability from a physician. Trips may be reserved up to 30 days in advance, inform dispatch if there will be an attendant accompanying the rider.
