The agency provides community services for residents of the Pasadena, El Monte, and Pomona areas. Services include advocacy, neighborhood improvement, public awareness/education, and youth leadership development for youth ages 13 to 18 years of age. There are no geographic restrictions.
Youth services include recreational activities, youth conferences, an annual youth summit, discussion groups, and mentoring opportunities. Youth may earn community service hours.
