The program provides homeless support services through the Hope Row Resource Center for people of all ages who live primarily in the downtown Skid Row area. Services include case management, a community voice mail, general legal aid, housing search and information, specialized information and referral, mail, remedial math and reading classes, a Veterans Administration representative, legal rights assistance for homeless families, and certificate/forms assistance. Income restrictions apply for some services; there are no geographic restrictions.

  HIV counseling is provided for residential program participants who test positive for HIV.

  Veterans services include case management, veterans benefits assistance, and specialized information and referral services.

   General legal aid services are provided by staff from the Inner City Law Center.

  The certificate/forms assistance is provided by the Hope Row Resource Center. It provides application assistance for Social Security, Disability, Retirement and Medicare for individuals, homeless individuals, families with children who have special needs and individuals with special needs. The program also assists with applications for ID's other than a Drivers License and birth certificates. Vouchers are provided to pay for the ID and birth certificate.
