Community Wellness Programs

The agency provides community wellness programs for Los Angeles County. There are no geographic restrictions.
The Vive Bien Wellness Program offers workshops on disease prevention and management, exercise classes, nutrition classes, and assistance with health insurance coverage and enrollment.
Workshops topics include, diabetes, heart health, mental health, and gardening. Exercise classes include stretching, yoga, aerobics, and Zumba.
Community Wellness Center membership is free and includes, farmer’s market food vouchers, access to the community garden, access to center events, priority workshop/class registration, and personalized resources.
