Exercise Classes/Groups
Provider: LOS ANGELES COUNTY AGING AND DISABILITIES DEPARTMENT - FLORENCE FIRESTONE COMMUNITY CENTER
The program provides services for adults 60 years and older who live in the Florence/Firestone area. Services include a congregate meal five days per week, public access computers and exercise classes/groups. There are age and geographic restrictions for some services.
Congregate meals are offered through the Old Timer's Program.
The center also provides an exercise and fitness gym for seniors.
The program provides computer lab for seniors and other adult members of the community.
