Temporary Financial Assistance

The agency provides services to Active Duty military personnel as well as Reserve and National Guard who are actively deployed, 90 days pre-deployment and /or 180 days post-deployment or who are wounded or ill and have been discharged within the past seven years, in the United States and its territories. Services include temporary financial assistance. There are no geographic restrictions.

The agency provides financial assistance in the form of grants. In order to be eligible, the individual must be one of the following: active duty enlisted military personnel in the pay grades of E1 through E6, or wounded or ill and discharged within the past seven years.

For active duty as well as reserve and national guard members who are actively deployed, 90 days pre-deployment and/or 180 days post-deployment they are eligible for financial assistance with groceries or with vision care.

For those who are wounded, ill and injured and have been discharged within the past seven years the Critical Assistance Program provides financial assistance with rent, mortgage, car payments, car repairs, food assistance, utilities and other financial needs.

Family events are held throughout the year including back to school and holidays.
