English as a Second Language
The center provides community services for people who live in Compton, Paramount and the East Rancho Dominguez area. Services include ESL classes and public internet access. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to residents of Compton, Paramount and Rancho Dominquez. There are no geographic restrictions.
