Dental Care (Low Income)

The center provides primary health services for people of all ages who live in Los Angeles County. Services include Child Health and Disability Prevention program exams (CHDP); childhood immunizations; dental care; general medical care; immunizations; mammograms; pediatrics; public clinics and urgent care centers. There are no geographic restrictions.
CHDP provides regular, preventive health assessments and developmental assessments for children from birth to age 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible and for children from birth through age 18 whose family income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level. The check-ups are offered at set intervals and may include the required Head Start or State Preschool and pre-first grade exams.
General medical care includes adult primary care, pediatric primary care, immunizations, women's health care and prenatal care.
Dental services include emergency services, examinations, fillings, cleaning and x-rays.

Call to apply; an appointment is required. Walk in for emergency dental services; line ups start before 7:30am (only the first 15 people are taken each day). ID and proof of LA County residency are required.
Fees for services vary; Medi-Cal and other insurance are accepted. The ATP (Ability to Pay) program is also available.
