Contract Clinics
Provider: WILMINGTON COMMUNITY CLINIC
The clinic provides free to low-cost health care for residents in the Greater Los Angeles area. Services include breastfeeding classes, child health and disability prevention (CHDP) exams, children's immunizations, family planning, mammograms, pediatric care, pregnancy tests, prenatal care, and school physicals for children. The clinic also provides school-based pregnancy prevention programs for youth. There are no geographic restrictions.
Contract clinic services include outpatient health services for uninsured, low-income Los Angeles County residents of all ages, including General Relief recipients. It provides primary general medical care. Eligibility criteria for these programs include household income at or below 133% of federal poverty guidelines, Los Angeles residency or GR recipient.
CHDP provides regular, preventive health assessments and developmental assessments for children from birth to age 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible and for children from birth through age 18 whose family income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level. The check-ups are offered at set intervals and may include the required Head Start or State Preschool and pre-first grade exams.
The clinic is also a certified provider of Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP), an elective Medi-Cal funded program which provides comprehensive pre-natal care including evaluation, direct medical services; nutrition and health education; psychological counseling and social services if needed.

Fees
No fee for service for those who meet income eligibility. Service fees are based on a sliding scale for those with higher incomes. Medi-Cal is accepted. No patient is turned away due to inability to pay.
