This school district administers comprehensive educational services for children in kindergarten through 12th grade and for adults in the Southeast area of Los Angeles County which includes Bellflower, Lakewood and Cerritos.
The district provides eleven elementary schools, two secondary schools for students in grades 7 through 12, one continuation school and one adult school for people age 16 and older. The District also provides a variety of child care programs for children age 2 to 14 who live in the Bellflower Unified School District. In addition, the school district is a delegate agency for the Head Start/State Preschool program and it provides a variety of child care programs and parenting classes.
