The facility provides hospital services for people of all ages in Los Angeles County. Services include general acute medical care, cardiac services, health education, emergency room care, emergency room approved for pediatric patients (EDAP), neonatal intensive care, oncology, pediatric trauma center, and rehabilitation services. The facility is a designated level II trauma center. There are no geographic restrictions.

Specialized services include non-invasive brain surgery, daVinci robotic-assisted surgery, imaging services, adult and pediatric trauma center, interventional pulmonology services and stroke program. The facility is designated by the Joint Commission as a Certified Advanced Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center, and has received a LA County designation as a Comprehensive Stroke Center. It is also designated by LA County as a Pediatric Medical Center.

Cardiac services include specialties in heart-related illnesses; and testing, open heart surgery, angioplasty and Transaortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) procedures. The hospital also has a Seimen's Hybrid Biplane Surgical Suite.

Oncology services include a fully accredited cancer center, an inpatient unit, radiation oncology and surgery. The hospital conducts free monthly breast cancer screenings for uninsured women age 40 and older.

The rehabilitation program serves people who have disabilities that are a result of stroke, spinal cord injuries, head trauma, respiratory or orthopedic conditions, amputations, developmental disabilities or other neurological disorders. A physician's referral is required. Therapies include the ReWalk exoskeleton system that may help patients who are paralyzed due to spinal cord injuries.
