Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites
Provider: YMCA OF METROPOLITAN LOS ANGELES - TORRANCE SOUTH BAY YMCA
The program provides nutrition programs for adults 60 years and older who live in the South Bay area. Services include congregate meals/nutrition sites and home delivered meals. Age and geographic restrictions apply. The service area for home-delivered meals is Carson zip codes 90745, 90746 and 90502.
Home-delivered meals services are for adults age 60 and older who are homebound and unable to shop or cook for themselves. Frozen meals are delivered with the Friday meal for Saturday or Sunday.
Congregate meals services are provided at four sites in the Carson, Torrance, and Redondo Beach area for adults age 60 and older. YMCA membership is not required and economic status is not an eligibility requirement.

Monday through Friday, 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance; intake hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
