Medication Assisted Maintenance Treatment for Substance Use Disorders

The agency provides substance use disorder services primarily to San Gabriel Valley residents who are 18 years of age or older, including people who are undocumented. Services include methadone, suboxone, and buprenorphine maintenance programs for adults, including those who are HIV positive. There are no geographic restrictions.
The maintenance program includes regulated doses of methadone, suboxone, and buprenorphine. Participants are also referred to NA, or other self help groups, but attendance is not mandatory.

Fees
There is a sliding scale, starting at $195 per month for the maintenance program. Medi-Cal and Medicare is accepted as payment.
