The organization provides youth services for girls in Los Angeles County and parts of Kern, San Bernardino and Ventura Counties. Services include scouting programs. There are no geographic restrictions.
Girl Scout programs offer age appropriate activities for girls in grades K through 12 that are designed to stimulate self-discovery and self-confidence, offer opportunities for community service, provide fun and friendships and help develop life skills.
Daisy Girl Scouts serves girls in grades K to 1, Brownie Girl Scouts in grades 2 to 3, Junior Girl Scouts in grades 4 to 5, Cadette Girl Scouts in grades 6 to 8, Senior Girl Scouts in grades 9 to 10 and Ambassador Girl Scouts in grades 11 to 12.
Girl Scout activities focus on leadership, outdoor adventure, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) business and financial literacy and healthy living.
