Application Procedure
Call to apply; an appointment is preferred. Clients may be referred out to a partnering provider or given an appointment for a later return visit.
Fees
Fees are set on a sliding scale based on federal poverty guidelines. Medi-Cal, Medicare and private insurance is accepted.
