Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites
Provider: CITY OF POMONA COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT - SENIOR ADULT SERVICES - WASHINGTON PARK
The program provides a nutrition program for adults 60 years and older who live in the Pomona Valley area. The service include congregate meals/nutrition sites. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program provides a hot lunch five days per week. Palomares Park and Washington Park also provide or house other social services and recreational activities.
