Commodity Supplemental Food Program

The program provides emergency food for low-income people who live in Rancho Palos Verdes and San Pedro. Household income eligibility is determined according to the federal poverty guidelines. The program cannot accommodate people who are homeless. Services include emergency food and USDA surplus food distribution. Services are restricted to Rancho Palos Verdes and San Pedro.  

  Bags of groceries include USDA food products, canned goods, bread, and dry boxed goods. A two-three day supply of food is provided, and people may receive assistance twice per month
