Professional Continuing Education

The agency provides education services for adults and youth in Los Angeles County. Services include professional continuing education and workshops/symposiums on mental health issues. There are no geographic restrictions.

Create Freedom and Awareness (CFA) is an ongoing training program for adults and youth. The program focuses on increasing emotional intelligence, personal and professional development, leadership skills and increasing overall happiness and well-being.

CRA Junior is a six week camp program for youth ages 8 to 12, focusing on role playing and building confidence. Teen CFA is an eight week program for youth ages 13 to 17, focusing on character development, stress and anger management, leadership skills and goal setting.

Adult CFA is an eight week program that includes self care instruction, personal and professional development and how to change nonproductive habits into productive behaviors.

The agency also provides a specialized workshop on bullying for both youth and adults.
