Activities of Daily Living Assessment

The center provides health services for older adults age 55 and older in the Mid Wilshire and West Los Angeles area of Los Angeles. Services include activities of daily living assessment, medically monitored physical fitness, and wellness programs and physical fitness program. Age restrictions apply.

The wellness program focuses on teaching older adults to stay fit and healthy. Older adults are screened and an individualized exercise plan is developed. Physical therapists assist individuals in activities including walking, chair aerobics and use of specially adapted fitness equipment. The program also includes monthly health and wellness lectures and education in stress management and meditation.
