Scholarships
Provider: NATIONAL COUNCIL OF JEWISH WOMEN - LOS ANGELES
The agency provides a scholarship program for post-secondary education for individuals of all ages in Los Angeles county. There are no geographic restrictions.
The scholarship program is available for a variety of subject matter disciplines, as well as support for non-traditional students in achieving their academic goals. Awards are based on a combination of academic merit and financial need. The scholarship cycle runs twice per year, in the spring and fall. Funding is made available during the recipient's following school terms and sent directly to the educational institutions.
The annual application period is September 1st through October 15th. Applicants be currently enrolled in school or admitted to a qualified school to apply.
