Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
Provider: CITY OF EL MONTE COMMUNITY AND SENIOR SERVICES - JACK CRIPPEN MULTIPURPOSE SENIOR CENTER
The program provides health services for adults 50 years and older who live in El Monte and the surrounding communities. Services include monthly blood pressure screenings. Flu shots are given each fall. There are no geographic restrictions.
