The program periodically offers risk intervention programs including stress management, slim living, and healthy back classes; individual fitness testing and appraisal are available by appointment. Membership fees vary according to age and family composition; there are separate rates for youth, single adults, families, single parent families and seniors. Class and activity fees vary and are higher for non-members. The health and fitness center charges a monthly fee.
