Senior Ride Programs

The agency provides transportation services for adults age 55 and older in the city of Monterey Park. Services include senior ride programs. Services are limited to the geographic boundaries of the city of Monterey Park and some approved medical facilities.

Senior ride program Dial-A-Ride is available for seniors age 55 and older to locations within Monterey Park and to medical appointment to locations in adjacent communities, including:

Alhambra Hospital: 100 S. Raymond Ave.

Health Care Partners: 22 & 55 S. Raymond Ave.

Pacific Medical Center: 707 Garfield Ave.

Eye Physician and Surgeon: 416 W. Las Tunas Dr.

Facey Building: 207 S. Santa Anita Ave.

San Gabriel Medical Center: 218 S. Santa Anita Ave.

Beverly Hospital: 309 W. Beverly Blvd.

Kaiser Permanente (Montebello): 1550 Montebello Town Center Dr.

Internal Medical Group: 101 W. Beverly Blvd.

Health Care Partners: 2601 & 2603 Via Campo
