Case/Care Management

The center provides services for older adults 60 years and older who live in Lawndale and the surrounding communities. Services include case/care management, flu vaccines, recreational activities/sports, senior centers, specialized information and referral and tax information. Some services are restricted to Lawndale residents.

The center provides case/care management services for seniors, age 60 and over, who are low-income, and reside within the city boundaries of Lawndale. Licensed social workers meet with older adults in their homes and provide an assessment of needed services, referrals to other social services, and follow up on referred services.

The center provides tax information and rental form assistance.

Health services available include flu shots. Recreational activities include physical fitness classes, line dancing, crafts, movies and various day and overnight trips.
