Home Rehabilitation Grants

The city provides home rehabilitation/repair grants and services for people with disabilities, age 18 and over, who live in Lomita. Age and geographic restrictions apply.
Home rehabilitation/repair grants and services are provided for low-income disabled residents, age 18 and older. To be eligible, the resident must own their own home, live within the city limits, and meet the low-income guidelines. The Handyworker Program can assist with such repairs as interior and exterior painting, debris cleanup, fencing, plumbing and electrical repairs. The program will also install home security and home safety devices.
