Spouse/Intimate Partner Abuse Counseling

The program provides domestic violence services primarily for victims of domestic violence in Los Angeles County. After an assessment of needs, services can include crime victim accompaniment services, domestic violence hotlines, domestic violence support groups, spouse/domestic partner abuse counseling, spouse/domestic partner abuse prevention, temporary restraining orders, and volunteer opportunities. There are no geographic restrictions.

Services include individual counseling and support groups for women who have been battered or psychologically abused.

The hotline provides telephone crisis intervention, information and referral, and intake for the project's battered women's shelter.

Legal services include court accompaniment, lawyer referrals and TRO assistance.
