Job Search/Placement

The agency provides services for female veterans and homeless veterans with families in Los Angeles County. Services include case/care management, job search/placement, prejob guidance, specialized information and referral and vocational assessment. There are no geographic restrictions.

The Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP) is designed to assist veterans in securing stable employment. This agency focuses on female veterans and male or female veterans who are homeless and have families.

Case/care management involves the evaluation of the individual and creation and monitoring of a case plan.

Job search/placement assists veterans with searching and applying for jobs.

Prejob guidance assists with resume preparation and interviewing skills.

Specialized information and referral connects veterans with housing opportunities and counseling services.

Vocational assessment determines the aptitude and ability of the veteran in order to identify the best employment opportunities.
