Health Fairs

The agency provides health services to individuals in Los Angeles County. Services include disease/disability information, health/disability related support groups, and health fairs. Services are targeted to individuals who have had strokes. There are no geographic restrictions.
The agency coordinates with the Organization for Afterstroke Resources and Citrus College to provide education and support services for people who have had a stroke; the goal is to help participants regain independence, communication skills, and relationships.
