The City of Los Angeles AIDS Coordinator’s Office supports HIV/AIDS-related policy, planning, funding and community coordination within the City of LA. It also provides funding information, technical assistance, and coordination support for community-based organizations and programs that serve people living with HIV and AIDS. There are no geographic restrictions.

It may also support research, data collection, and policy recommendations related to HIV prevention, care, treatment, and health equity.

The office does not provide direct medical care or direct public services.
