Provider: PEOPLE ASSISTING THE HOMELESS
The LeaseUp LA program provides housing services to landlords, property owners, and property managers who are seeking tenants.
The program connects non-profit providers seeking housing for their homeless clients with available properties. Property being offered for rent can be market rate housing or affordable housing units. After landlords enroll in program, PATH will pre-vet location and then share a list of the available properties to a network of Los Angeles service providers. Landlords will receive guaranteed rent and deposits from the non-profit who houses tenant. When a formerly homeless individual or family becomes the renter, the non-profit agency will continue to provide ongoing case management.
Non-profits connected to listings of available properties will be a part of the Los Angeles County Coordinated Entry System (CES).
