The agency provides homeless support services to homeless and at-risk people who live in Los Angeles County. Income restrictions apply for some services; there are no geographic restrictions.
Services include case management, specialized information and referral, temporary mailing address, clothing, haircuts, a hot lunch and shower facilities. Case management includes a needs assessment and referrals for food, veterans services, shelter, housing and health services.
The PATHMall provides services from social service agencies all under one roof. The services available may include case management, substance abuse counseling, a job center, mental health services, legal advocacy, health care and a beauty salon. There is an on-site contract clinic for homeless people or people who have no health insurance.
Contract clinic services include outpatient health services for uninsured, low-income Los Angeles County residents of all ages, including General Relief (GR) recipients. It provides primary general medical care. Applicant's household income must be at or below 134% of federal poverty guidelines, or who are GR recipients.
